From a scientific perspective, Power is defined as the ability to do work. Lifting weight is one kind of work. One of the heaviest things to lift is the human heart. For me, beauty does it. While making the angel of power picture, I experienced beauty and the gratitude that results from seeing beauty. I hope that viewing this video will have a similar effect for you.
